Permission to Use Images: 

By accepting this agreement the Influencer grants Elyte permission to use images and videos from their posts in materials that may include, but are not limited to the below for 12 months:

Printed materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, magazines)

Videos and digital images on Elyte’s New Zealand and international websites

Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Douyin) Paid and organic.

Event promotions

Exclusivity: 

During the term of this Agreement, Athletes agree not to promote or partner with any directly competing hydration or electrolyte brands without written consent from Elyte.
